The name, “Clay” and “Music” has been synonymous in this area for over four decades. From the 60s to the present, in various factions, this family of musicians has entertained and delighted audiences both, regionally, and around the country.
Some of the many types of music that might be heard during a “Real Clays” extremely versatile performance are Rock, Country, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s Pop, Motown, Beach, Funk, R&B, Disco and Bluegrass, all performed with the heart and soul only seasoned musicians and entertainers can achieve.
There is no substitute for the sound a family can produce when it comes to music. The “Real Clays” consist of: Randy Clay on guitars, banjo and vocals; Willie Clay Sr. on keyboards, harmonica and vocals; Tom Clay on bass guitar and vocals and Willie Clay Jr. on drums/percussion and vocals. Multi-talented since childhood, don’t be surprised if they show up with or switch out instruments during performances. Life long accolades span all genres of music for the family band who can’t remember when they weren’t playing music.
Concerts, conventions, festivals, clubs, private and corporate parties, whatever your occasion, “The Real Clays” are the real deal to provide a reliable, quality, worry-free, evening of fun, music and entertainment. Just as blood is thicker than water, talent circulates through their veins, making the chemistry of this band a magical one.
