Here at J&J Productions “Emerald studios” we are able to handle all of your professional recording needs. No requests are too large or too small, for that matter, anything from a full 5-10 piece band to simple one person voice over’s, also if you’re a musician with no band well that’s no problem! We have quite a few options for you with both studio musicians on call as well as having tens of thousands of “Midi” tracks to choose from to get started on a project. We offer a laid back atmosphere that induces creativity and we are all professionals at what we do, so we are happy to lend advice on how to make your project the best it can be.

We use Sonar 8 Producer as are digital audio work station (DAW) along with Motu interface for analog/digital conversion for most of our live recording applications as well as for our synthesized music (“MIDIS”), also to go with are (DAW) we have thousands of dollars worth of plug-ins (software such as reverbs, delays, EQ’s, etc.…too many to name) to make your recordings radio quality sound. We also have tons of outboard processing such as tube pre-amps, top of line Equalizers, limiter compressors, sonic maxamizers, and much, much, more all to help the sound quality to be all that you would expect and more. Our software is compatible with any software you have recorded on in the past, so if you have a project from another studio that’s yet to be finished, you can bring tracks to us and we can continue on and help to finish and/or make it better. At Emerald Studios we have a custom made sound proof booth for all of the vocal tracks; with top quality condenser mic’s and head phones so the great sound that’s being recorded onto the track is the same thing you’re hearing through your headphones. We also have top of the line mastering software from WAVES NATIVE that will let us finish what we started.

We are a one stop shop no need to outsource to another studio for mastering of the project started with us. Here at Emerald Studios we do all the tracking, mixing, mastering as well as any graphic’s for CD & cover and mass duplication ready for sale with bar coding. If you’re not looking to put your project on a CD as it is kind of a dying medium for your music, we can convert to an MP3 ready to sell on iTunes or any other digital sales platform.

In addition to being able to record new music we can also convert any of your old records (45’s, 33’s, 78’s), cassette tapes, reel to reels to CD quality by using are restoration bundle which is software to re-master old recordings and take any back ground noise such as pops and clicks or crackles out and leave you with just pristine audio.
